Scale of Charges

1. The rate quoted is by the hour for the duration of the event.
   
2. Scale A - Full Commercial Rate
   Scale B - Social/Charitable/Weddings and Parties
   Scale C - Educational/Statutory
   Scale CA - Rate of Clubs or Groups as members of Fen Edge Community Association
   
3. Caretaking and cleaning is included in the charge. The College will cahrge extra if additional
   cleaning/damage is incurred. If setting up for an event is required a charge of £14.00 per hour is made.
   
4. Bookings invloving additional accommodation can be negotiated.
   
5. Chargeable extras are: Piano £5, Full Stage Lighting £25 per event, Audio Visual Items £5.
   
6. Sports facilities and Equipment are available for hire on a casual or block booking basis. Details from Cottenham Sports Centre, tel: 01954 288760

Please note:

• On 31 March annually booking charges will be increased - therefore any bookings made in advance of 31 March but relating to a booking after this date will have to be calculatd at the increased rate.
  
• There is a 'NO SMOKING POLICY' for all the College buildings.
