ITQ - Information Technology Qualifications
I.T.Q - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY QUALIFICATIONS

ITQ is a flexible NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) intended for anyone who uses ICT at work, and caters for the fact that different jobs require very different ICT skills at different levels. You can therefore choose from a wide range of optional units and can take the units at different levels depending on the requirements of your job. ITQ is not only flexible in terms of range of levels and skills that can be recognised but also allows those of you who already have certain ICT qualifications such as ECDL to count towards the ITQ.

These qualifications are available at Levels 1,2,3

So if you use IT skills in your day to day work this is the course for you.
You will work with an assessor to decide how to generate evidence which is presented in a portfolio for assessment. You can take advantage of the workshop style sessions at the college, there are no exams, just a flexibly delivered programme tailored to you needs.

We offer a range of courses designed to cover individual needs.

WHAT TESTS TO THEY TAKE?
Students will need to take a test for each of the modules required for ECDL. Tests are 45mins long.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE PASSED ALL THE TESTS?
When a student has passed all of the tests, their Log Book is returned to BCS who will issue an ECDL Certificate to show that the student has reached the necessary standard.

WHAT WILL IT COST?

£230.00 full fee/ £172.50 reduced rate.
The above can be paid by instalments.
